Our assessment process combines a detailed psychiatric evaluation with Creyos, a computerized cognitive assessment that provides objective data to support clinical decision-making.

What Is Creyos?

Creyos is a scientifically validated, computerized cognitive assessment that measures brain functions commonly affected by ADHD, including:

• Attention and concentration
• Working memory
• Executive functioning
• Processing speed
• Impulse control

The results are reviewed alongside your clinical history, current symptoms, and diagnostic criteria to help determine whether ADHD or another condition may be contributing to your concerns.

ADHD Testing Process

1. Initial Consultation – Schedule an appointment to discuss your symptoms, medical history, and determine whether Creyos testing is appropriate.

2. Creyos Computerized Assessment – Complete the online cognitive assessment, which takes approximately 30–45 minutes and can be completed from home using a computer with internet access.

3. Psychiatric Evaluation – A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is conducted to review your history, symptoms, functional impairment, and Creyos results.

4. Diagnosis & Treatment Recommendations – Your provider will discuss the findings, answer your questions, and develop an individualized treatment plan if appropriate.

Fees (Out-of-Pocket)

• Creyos ADHD Computerized Testing: $175

  • The testing fee is $175 regardless of insurance coverage.

• Psychiatric Evaluation (Self-Pay Patients): $150

  • Patients without insurance are responsible for a separate $150 fee for the comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.

  • For patients using insurance, the psychiatric evaluation is billed through their insurance plan according to their individual benefits and cost-sharing responsibilities.
